General Laborer
We are seeking hardworking and qualified candidates for Laborer at our Nitro, WV facility. Must be able to sort, grade and prepare materials for shipment. Maintain housekeeping standards for the facility. Applicants must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This position requires the successful candidate to move and bale materials; to assist in maintaining site appearance and to perform related work as assigned. Responsibilities/Duties
• Sort and prepare materials for shipment.
• Feed processing equipment and separating loads by hand.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards and
procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Maintain all certifications required by OSHA.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalency. Knowledge of scrap materials recycling industry is a plus. Must operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner at all times. Ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers, and customers. Ability to work independently.
