Customer Service
We are seeking qualified candidates for the Customer Service position to provide excellent service to our customers at our Nitro, West Virginia facility. This position requires the successful candidate to possess an outgoing personality and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Applicant must be able to work with an Apple I-pad. Additional requirements include the ability to operate a chop saw and downstroke baler. We offer an excellent benefits package along with competitive compensation.
Responsibilities/Duties
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of an Apple Ipad.
• Operation of a chop saw and downstroke baler
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards and
procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Maintain all certifications required by OSHA.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalency. Knowledge of the scrap materials recycling industry is a
plus. Must operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner at all times. Ability to
communicate with supervisors, co-workers, and customers. Ability to work independently. Pre-employment drug screening.
